As Product Lead at Fantastec between 2017-2023, our SWAP NFT platform development engaged 500K+ users and six figure revenues. Over 3 million NFTs were owned by users who were global sports fans.
The tokenisation of real world assets (RWA) has become the new technology narrative. In 2024 I have been developing new business opportunities and research platforms using web3 technologies and the latest Blockchains to establish a framework for tokenisation of property and gift cards.
The product team continuously innovated to offer new product features to solve real world problems for our users. In 2023 I led the deployment of NFT Redemption tokens for IRL goods achieving an 82% redemption rate in market tests.
As Product Lead and Co Founder at Fantastec finding ways to save costs and make tech stack, product development and content production more efficient was a key business objective. I led initiatives which delivered four bespoke software projects which saved the business £300K every year.
As early as 2020 I established and added an A.I and ML specialty team at Fantastec to deploy new features using AI to solve key user problems. Our A.I system for swap recommendations was released in early 2021 and resulted in over 50,000 addition swap interactions within 6 weeks.
Our Product Led approach to software development ensured my experience included field research, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, user surveys, RICE models. I am also skilled in Agile and sprint methodology delivering MVP and high fidelity prototypes with features that achieved 80% usability pass scores, de-risking new features before our developers built any code.
